COVID & You
As I’m sure you’re aware, there are massive shipping delays across the board due to COVID-19, so much so that I temporarily suspended international economy shipping. I have now reopened this option but please be aware that these delays are very much still present. The DHL Express option is recommended during these times and particularly if you have any kind of time restraint with your purchase, as there is no timing guarantee with economy shipping.
DHL Express takes 1-7 business days depending on your location, feel free to give me a shout at email@example.com if you’d like an estimate for your country. Timing and delays for economy shipping however, differ from country to country and also change daily so estimate arrival times don’t currently exist for economy shipping.
Although I will never leave you empty handed - please be aware that no refunds or replacements will be issued for up to 6 months following the time your shipment is sent, even if my shipping provider, Sendle, marks the shipment as lost - as they are more often than not found shortly thereafter.
You’ll notice Sendle provides a local tracking number in addition to the one I will supply you with. You’re able to use this number should you like to contact your local shipping provider for any additional details, I am generally not able to do so from Australia!
I am monitoring all shipments closely and taking any steps I can from my end to ensure the fastest delivery possible however there is little I can do once the shipment leaves my hands. With that said, I am always here with any queries you may have and will help as much as I can. Shipping at a convenient price is important to me, so I’d like you to still have this option but please know the economy option is just that - the economy timing (in these strange times)!

US customers: USPS in particular are experiencing extensive delays and once your shipment reaches the US, tracking won’t update right away. Don’t be worried if your local tracking number states ‘pre shipment’ for some time.
AUS customers: G’day! Most of this doesn’t apply to you as delays are very manageable domestically. Delays exist but for the most part you can continue as usual!
