Twinkle along with the night sky in the Celestial Ballerina Beret. Beautiful peach tulle embroidered with stars and moons and embellished with glistening sequins lines the outside of a peach beret. Two 25mm wide satin ribbons are attached on each side that can be styled in a myriad of ways and are very much giving ballerina! These ribbons are sewn to the rim of the beret, and are not detachable as with many other of my tulle designs.
*Note there is less stretch to this beret than some of my other tulle lined berets, as this tulle is a 2 way stretch rather than a 4 way stretch and the detailing also limits stretch. Give her a little steam to stretch her gently and she will stretch with wear, but she does feel a little tighter at first. If hat sizing is a concern for you, she may not be for you, without getting to try on first.
*Note also that placement of the celestial pattern is unique with each hat depending on where fabric pieces are cut. Placement is dependent on minimising waste rather than creating uniformity, but the most/ biggest images are chosen wherever possible!

Beret: 100% wool
Berets are offered in one size, designed to fit the average adult. Model’s head is about 56cm and all berets fit with extra room. As the berets are 100% wool, they have a good amount of stretch to them and will mould to your head over time and wear. Have a peek here and here to see some further stretching tips should you like some more room or would like to speed up the process.
Please be extra careful with this particular design however, as embroidery, felt work or tulle on the rim can be broken or distorted with too much force.
Every Elleni the Label Beret has an Elleni logo (5x2.5cm) embroidered on the outer rim, designed to be worn at the back where it’s hidden - but you can wear her anyway you please!
